First I want you to understand that dragons are mythical creatures and there aren't many scientific terms for them. Here are some suggestions of words you can use.
male dragon- bull, buck, dragon, patriarch(leader) .
female dragon- dragoness, queen, doe, matriarch(leader).
baby dragon- dragonet, hatchling, draglet, kitten/kit, nestling.
group of dragons- we call our groups of dragons that have officially banded together with a matriarch or patriarch to lead them "troupes" or "troupe", singular.
What dragons might use to express themselves. -roar (trumpet) -growl -rumble -snarl -snap -hum (laughter) -bark -yowl (howl, scream, screech, cry out, wail) -hiss

Alright, we had a request for references to the different parts of a dragon's body.
Let's start at the head and move to the tail. I'll list a body section and give several different terms you can use to refer to that part of a dragon.
Head- face
Horns- antlers, headspikes
Neck- throat
Leg- foot, foreleg, hindleg, paw, limb
Torso- midsection, rib cage, body, flank, shoulders, back, hindquarters
Wings- feathers
And of course the tail, which doesn't really have another name.
When describing your dragon in a scene, it helps your reader to get a better idea of what your dragon looks like if you allude to their unique traits.
For instance, if they have over-sized wings, special headspikes, small feet, a club on the end of their tail, etc, keep referring back to that and make your dragon stand out. Don't forget to mention your dragon's size relative to other dragons or other things in their vicinity.
Hope this was helpful.
