Sorin growled threateningly at the remaining dragon. If you leave now, I might spare your life, he hissed. He snarled at the dragon again, baring his fangs. Keeping his eyes focused on the dragon he asked Rayshella, Are you ok?! Try not to move, you might injure yourself more. Don't worry I won't let him hurt you. I told Aella where I was going, so if we aren't back soon she'll come looking for us.

Moerck flew down and grabbed Blade by the shoulders. Come on, you fool! He tried to drag the crazy dragon away, knowing this newcomer would stay with Rayshella. He felt the slightest prick of envy just then. He must be her mate. He strained his wings to drag Blade away.

Rayshella didn't respond. She passed out.

Blade groweled and struggled to get free, but the other creatures strength was to overwelming. He sigheed and flew with Moerck. He was very hungry. "We have to eat!" He told moerck. "Blade starving!" he emphisized it with a droop of his tail and wings, causing him to plummet to the earth. "AAHH!" he hollered, trying to stop himself. He gave his wings a flap, and began to foat. "Bladse never fly like this before!" he said, still flapping. "Fun!"

Sorin turned to Rayshella. He nudged her gently to see if he she was alive. To his relief, she was. It's ok. Your safe now. He wanted to fly and get help but he didn't want to leave her. Sorin decided to stay with Rayshella, so he layed down next to her in wait.

It was getting very late and Sorin hadn't come back. She decided it was time to go look for them. Nefetari, she called, I need you to do me a favor. When Nefertari came over she said, Could you stay here, and watch the young ones while I'm gone?

Nefertari was appauled that the Troupe Matriarch put so much faith in her so soon. She agreed to stay.

OOC: Blade, you and I get to go attack Fleurella in the Taiga Troupe! Wait until I tell you, though...they have to sneak in the Great Cavern!

BIC:

Rayshella twitched her tail, then lay still. She was bleeding in several places, her lime green scales stained with her own blood. The eggs were decimated. There was an ugly tear across her snout, one that might never heal all the way. She was out cold.

Sorin sighed, and waited for help to arrive.

Aella flew over the trees, looking for Sorin and Rayshella. Soon their scent filled her nostrils along with another. Blood. Searching desperately, she saw to figures below her. She landed. Oh no, she muttered. Sorin? Rayshella? Are you. . .she trailed off, lost for words. She went over and saw the wounds that Rayshella had more clearly. She gasped in shock.

I'm all right mother, Sorin said softly, but Rayshella. . .needs help. What should we do?

Take the remaining eggs back to camp Sorin, then come back. I will stay with Rayshella, and examine her wounds more carefully. She is too big to be moved, so we'll have to tend to her here fo the time being, Aella orderd.

The cowardly Moerck flew east, over the mountains. Come on Blade, I know just the place... OOC: This is continued in the Taiga Troupe area, check that out Blade

Rayshella was absolutely motionless. She was deep in a dark, dreamless sleep, far away where eggs didn't break, dragons never died, and evil was a word unheard... Somehow being unconscious was so much more simpler.

Sorin scooped up the eggs that were left and flew back to camp. He was really worried about Rayshella, but all he could do was hope she'd make it through.

Aella only went a little ways away from Rayshella to collect herbs. She made sure she was close enough to see her at all times. Soon Aella found some herbs to stop most of the bleeding.
